Nicholas Cage is Selling Property in Las Vegas
Nicholas Cage is selling his Las Vegas property. The star of the National Treasure movies is asking a mere $9.95 million for his 14,000 square foot home. It also has garage space for 16 cars and sits on a lot of .36 acre. The house has 7 bedrooms and includes a movie theatre and an elevator.
Mr. Cage has become known is real estate circles as a savvy investor in property. In January of this year, he sold his Newport Beach, California home for $35 million, a record for the area. While he is most known for his acting, winning an Oscar for the 1995 drama Leaving Las Vegas, has in recent years bought and sold houses all over the world including San Francisco, New Orleans, Middletown, R.I., and Bath, England. His most recent films include National Treasure and National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets.
